What can I expect if I book a time to talk?
It’s totally normal to dread being on a “sales call” about a product. That’s why we don’t do them. Higher Standards Caregiver Training is a clinician founded company, so we take a diagnostic, ethics based approach to making program recommendations.
When you schedule time to talk, we’ll start by getting to understand you and your business. From there, we will talk through program options, pros and cons, and work TOGETHER to help you make the best decision for YOU. We will never upsell or push a program that isn’t the right fit. And if we can’t meet your needs, we’ll tell you. Because that’s how clinicians roll.

Can my organization change between service levels?
Yes. As your organization grows and changes, your training program can change right along with it… totally seamlessly.
Are your LIVE trainings in person or virtual?
Currently, all of our LIVE trainings are provided virtually. This is because:
It allows significantly higher levels of caregiver engagement
It provides automatic documentation of training
It allows caregivers to access live training recordings if they can’t make it to the live event (and automatically documents that access).
It makes high quality, standardized training scalable to very large organizations, and to organizations with caregivers spread out over many locations or shifts.
It makes high quality training affordable for all. Paying for on-site training from a licensed occupational therapist can cost anywhere from several hundred to several thousand dollars… per training. Keeping it virtual helps to keep it in reach.
